学术贡献

以心血管疾病等常见复杂疾病分子遗传学作为主要研究方向，密切追踪学科前沿关键问题，应用一系列先进的分子生物学和遗传学技术和方法，进行了多个心血管疾病易感基因的克隆与表达调控研究；特别是以辽宁省心血管疾病高发地区为研究现场，有效的利用高发人群开展了高血压候选基因与高血压的关联分析以及基因-环境交互作用研究，系统地分析了血管收缩/舒张因子、信号转导分子、代谢酶的基因表达调控机制，建立了高血压高发区病例-对照人群和高血压家系的遗传资源库；在国内外首次报道了CYP4F2基因是高血压的易感因素，并建立了CYP4F2转基因小鼠的高血压动物模型，用实验进一步证明了高盐饮食可以激活NF-κB信号途径，使携带易感基因CYP4F2变异型的个体合成20-HETE增多，最终导致高血压。先后主持1项国家973课题、2项国家“十五”攻关课题、6项国家自然科学基金和多项省部级自然科学基金资助，已在核心期刊上发表论文30余篇。SCI、EI收录10余篇。
